Returns & Refunds

1. We offer a NO OBLIGATIONS, 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
2. We warranty our products for 12months.

This policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To qualify for a return

The item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Include all accessories
  • Have original packaging intact
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, email us at hello@nvr-flat.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.

Please don’t send your item back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.



Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your inflator arrives damaged, faulty, or it’s not what you ordered, email us straight away at hello@nvr-flat.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will:

  • Assess what’s gone wrong
  • Repair or replace your item (where appropriate)
  • Cover return shipping if the problem is on our side

We want every rider to feel safe, supported, and looked after.

 



Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used
  • Items missing parts or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards

We also don’t offer returns for change of mind once the product has been used.

 



Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, you’re welcome to:

  1. Request a refund for the original order (if eligible), then
  2. Place a new order once your refund has been approved.

 



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Processing usually takes 3–10 business days
  • Bank and card provider delays may extend this timeframe

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@nvr-flat.com and we’ll look into it.

 



Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs,

  • Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product – in those cases, we’ll cover return shipping.
