Where We Ship

We currently ship orders to the regions shown at checkout.
If your location appears as an option at checkout, we can ship to you.

Processing Times

  • Orders are usually packed within 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

  • During busy periods, launches, or public holidays, processing may take a little longer – but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, but as a guide:

  • Most Australian orders arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or regional areas may take a little longer.

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only, not guarantees. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, some things (weather, peak season, delays in the network) are out of our hands.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may run free shipping or launch offers – these will be clearly displayed on our website and/or at checkout.

Any duties, taxes or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we can reship it once:

  • we’ve received it back, and

  • any additional shipping fees have been paid.

If you notice an address error, contact us ASAP at hello@nvr-flat.com – if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update it in time.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@nvr-flat.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of any damage (if applicable)

  • a brief description of what’s happened

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make things right in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
